I agree to purchase (1) ticket for LeadHer Summit in Dallas from Nov 7-9, 2025. I understand that I am responsible for booking airfare and hotel accommodations on my own and that this registration does not include transportation or hotel accommodations. Cancellations made prior to October 1, 2025 will be refunded minus a nonrefundable $250 processing fee and only accepted if received in writing to info@leadhersummit.com prior to October 1, 2025. Cancellations after October 1, 2025 will not be refunded under any circumstances. LeadHer Summit reserves the right to cancel or postpone the summit due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancelation or postponement out of the control of LeadHer Summit, all registrations will be refunded in full. Hotel rooms are booked and managed independently and as such, hotel room reservations and cancellations should occur with the hotel directly. LeadHer Summit is sponsored by corporations and individuals who are paying for promotion. No attendee is permitted to solicit other attendees or speakers in any way to purchase products or join groups with out explicit written approval from the LeadHer Summit. By registering for the conference, I am agreeing to the following media release: The LeadHer Summit organizers and their hired team will be taking photos & videos during the conference for promotional use. By registering for the conference, I hereby grant and authorize LeadHer Summit the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or videos taken of me to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, websites, social networking sites, and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless I revoke said authorization in writing and receive confirmation of receipt.
