LeadHer Legacy Family Retreat — Terms & Conditions

By registering for the LeadHer Legacy Family Retreat, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Deposits & Payment

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your family’s reservation. Because attendance is intentionally limited to create an intimate, high-touch experience, deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All remaining balances must be paid in full according to the payment plan selected at checkout. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in the forfeiture of your reservation and all payments made.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the significant planning, vendor commitments, and reserved accommodations associated with this retreat, no refunds will be issued after May 1, 2026, under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.

Cancellations requested prior to May 1, 2026, may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Travel Responsibility

Airfare and transportation to and from Dallas, Texas are not included in any retreat package, including VIP, and remain the responsibility of each attending family.

VIP accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Dallas and Oak Meadow Ranch are arranged by our team; however, guests are responsible for booking their own flights and coordinating arrival and departure travel.

LeadHer Summit is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, baggage issues, or any other travel-related expenses. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Accommodations

VIP packages include select accommodations arranged by LeadHer Summit. Any special accommodation requests must be submitted to info@tiffanymoonmd.com
and cannot be guaranteed.

General Admission does not include hotel accommodations unless explicitly stated.

Ticket Policy

Each retreat ticket includes attendance for up to two (2) adults and two (2) children. If you wish to bring additional family members, please contact info@tiffanymoonmd.com
in advance for availability and pricing.

Retreat Modifications or Cancellation

LeadHer Summit reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, locations, or programming as necessary to deliver the highest-quality retreat experience.

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund of payments made directly to LeadHer Summit. LeadHer Summit is not responsible for airfare, third-party travel expenses, or other personal costs incurred.

Media Release

By attending the retreat, you grant LeadHer Summit permission to photograph and record video during the event for promotional and marketing use across print, digital, and social platforms without additional compensation.

Community Standards

To preserve the integrity of this curated experience, unauthorized promotion, selling, or solicitation of attendees is not permitted without prior written consent from LeadHer Summit. For sponsorship or partnership opportunities, please contact info@tiffanymoonmd.com

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By registering and attending, you acknowledge that participation in retreat activities — including off-site experiences and family programming — involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all responsibility for yourself and your family.

LeadHer Summit and its affiliates are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or personal property claims that may occur during or in connection with the retreat.
