LeadHer Mastermind Retreat 2027 — Terms & Conditions

By registering for the LeadHer Mastermind Retreat 2027, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Deposits & Payment

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Because attendance is intentionally limited to create an intimate, high-touch experience, deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All remaining balances must be paid in full according to the payment plan selected at checkout. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of your reservation and all payments made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing prior to December 31, 2026, to be eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding the non-refundable $500 deposit.

No refunds will be issued after December 31, 2026, under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, weather, or personal emergencies.

If you are unable to attend, your reservation may not be transferred without prior written approval from LeadHer Summit.

Travel Responsibility

Airfare and transportation to and from Austin, Texas are not included and remain the responsibility of each attendee.

Shared round-trip transportation between Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and Miraval Austin is included during designated retreat arrival and departure windows. Any transportation outside of these designated windows is the attendee’s responsibility.

LeadHer Summit is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, baggage issues, missed connections, weather disruptions, or any other travel-related expenses. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Accommodations

Retreat packages include select accommodations at Miraval Austin as outlined at the time of purchase.

Any special accommodation requests must be submitted to info@tiffanymoonmd.com and cannot be guaranteed.

Retreat Programming

Programming, speakers, schedules, activities, and experiences are subject to change without notice in order to provide the highest-quality retreat experience possible.

Certain VIP experiences, spa services, and curated activities may require advance scheduling and are subject to availability.

CME credit availability is subject to final accreditation approval and participation requirements.

Ticket Policy

Each ticket is valid for one attendee only and may not be shared or split between multiple individuals.

VIP benefits and experiences are reserved exclusively for VIP ticket holders and are non-transferable.

Retreat Modifications or Cancellation

LeadHer Summit reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule, speakers, sessions, activities, or venue arrangements as necessary.

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a refund of payments made directly to LeadHer Summit, excluding any third-party travel or personal expenses incurred.

LeadHer Summit is not responsible for airfare, hotel incidentals, travel costs, or other expenses outside of retreat registration fees.

Media Release

By attending the retreat, you grant LeadHer Summit permission to photograph and record video during the event for promotional, educational, and marketing use across print, digital, and social platforms without additional compensation.

Community Standards

To preserve the integrity of this curated experience, unauthorized promotion, solicitation, or selling to attendees is prohibited without prior written consent from LeadHer Summit.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values of the retreat community without refund.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By registering and attending, you acknowledge that participation in retreat activities — including wellness activities, fitness classes, outdoor experiences, spa amenities, equine experiences, and other on-site or off-site programming — involves inherent risks.

You voluntarily assume all responsibility for participation and agree that LeadHer Summit, its affiliates, speakers, sponsors, employees, contractors, and venue partners shall not be held liable for injuries, losses, damages, illnesses, delays, or personal property claims arising from participation in or travel to/from the retreat.
